A Buddhist Practice to Change Our Destiny

In 2014, I self-published a memoir titled Never Give Up: Buddhism, Family & Schizophrenia. It is now nine years later, and while the challenges haven’t ended for me yet, I have a sequel in the works. My sequel is another memoir, titled The Telepathic Buddhist or P.S. Don’t Call Me Saturn Anymore. As it turns out, my first memoir was only the tip of the iceberg and I spent the past seven years enduring a horrible persecution, only to discover the real reason(s) why I was experiencing such persecution in the first place.

Unfortunately, nearly every member of my biological “family” sponsored my persecution with only four family members that chose to take a stand for justice as I did – my dad, my niece and two nephews. The rest claimed they had spent the majority of their entire lives advocating against me personally and my peaceful Buddhist beliefs. They threatened away any and all career opportunities I might have had related to my degrees and spent the past 30 years lying about me, claiming I was a slut that never actually graduated from either one of their college degree programs. Their absurd complaint against me continues to this day.

As it turns out, all of them spent their entire lives lying about who they were and what they really did. They themselves never attended school, never learned how to read, and never worked for a living. Instead, they spent their entire lives poisoning themselves and others with narcotics and pills, pretending to be happy, honest family members. Unfortunately, numerous others followed their lead, and decided their way of life was cool and fun. However, nothing could be further from the truth.

When I was 18 years old, I chose to place my faith in my Buddhist practice and have relied on it ever since. My strategy has alway been the Strategy of the Lotus Sutra and none other. I determined that this was my best choice, and fully intend to prove the righteousness of my own beliefs.

Spur yourself to muster the power of faith. Regard your survival as wondrous. Employ the strategy of the Lotus Sutra before any other. “All others who bear you enmity or malice will likewise be wiped out.”4 These golden words will never prove false. The heart of strategy and swordsmanship derives from the Mystic Law. Have profound faith. A coward cannot have any of his prayers answered.
